For couples therapy and family therapy, we see each member individually for the first session. Please book two appointments – one for each person individually.
Online clients need to enter a valid credit card to confirm the online appointment. The card will only be charged after the session.
It is important for your own healthcare that you honour the appointments made with this practice. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 working hours in advance, or do not arrive for your appointment, you will be charged the full consultation fee for the missed consultation. The reason for this is that I would be reserving a space for you, which could have been offered to another person who needed to visit the practice. Cancellations and rescheduling can easily be managed via the online scheduler or the Acuity App.
Once you have scheduled your appointment, please register for an account in the scheduler. The intake forms will then automatically populate when you next log in and schedule follow up appointments.
