I am a Lebanese expat living in Belgium, and I know firsthand the upheaval, chaos, and bittersweet heartbreak of leaving your home, and the person you once were, behind. My journey has taken me across continents, where I've learned new languages, embraced diverse cultures, and discovered ways to stay grounded when life felt uncertain.
I hold a Master's in Clinical Psychology specialising in Adult Psychotherapy from the Université Catholique de Louvain. I completed my internship at Satori Health Centre, Leuven. My work has been shaped by clinical experience with international and expat populations: individuals navigating identity, relationships, transitions and the quiet losses that don't always have a name. I have also worked in field research on gender-based violence, addiction research, drama therapy workshops, and interdisciplinary teams in hospitals and rehabilitation centres across Lebanon and Belgium.
My practice is relational and person-centred, which means I meet you where you are - including the cultural and family frameworks that shape how you understand yourself, your relationships, and the things you carry. I am committed to creating a non-judgemental space, especially around sexuality, intimacy, and the ways gender and culture shape who we are allowed to be.
Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong proficiency in French, I am dedicated to making therapy accessible and inclusive for all.
Whenever you feel ready, I'm here to listen.
