I am a registered Counselling Psychologist with a deep commitment to mental well-being, personal growth, and the power of human connection.
I believe that the quality of our relationships with ourselves and others shapes how we experience life. I am enthusiastic about working with young people and adults from diverse backgrounds- creating safe, inclusive spaces where people can reflect, grow, and thrive.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, collaborative, and tailored to the client’s unique needs. I use a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), guided by Person-Centred principles.
I am experienced in working with mental health difficulties including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress, academic and adjustment difficulties. I provide individual, couples, family and group therapy. I also offer psychometric assessments for diagnosis, career development, and academic concession accommodations.
I work in English and Setswana.
