Location: Leuven and Online
Born and raised in the South of Brazil, I bring my culture's warmth and open-heartedness into the practice. Having lived firsthand in diverse environments, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology during my six years living in Boston, USA, and I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Because of this journey, I deeply connect with the expat experience and the unique complexities of building a life away from home.
During my three years working directly with the local community in Massachusetts, I accumulated extensive hours listening to the lived experiences of individuals and families across diverse social contexts.
I also bring strong clinical awareness and personal empathy to working with LGBTQ+ relationships, offering a supportive space where individuals and partners feel validated and can slowly open up to navigate their life experiences.
As an intern clinical psychologist, I integrate evidence-based approaches to offer practical tools for specific emotional challenges while cultivating deep listening to the unconscious to help clients uncover subtle nuances in their personal narratives. Having been a therapy client myself, I firmly believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship.
My personal and academic trajectory shaped my belief that our context, relationships, and lived experiences deeply influence how we construct our identity and make sense of the world. In our work together, I aim to offer a warm and collaborative space where you feel heard, accepted and supported as we navigate your feelings at your own pace.
