My work is dedicated to supporting patients in understanding and knowing themselves better while finding meaning in their experiences. I believe that clinical psychology is grounded in creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where patients can express themselves freely and feel truly heard while exploring their thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences.
Throughout my studies, I have gradually become more interested in psychoanalysis, which values the role of the unconscious, symbolic processes, and the uniqueness of each person’s psychological development. This interest has shaped my approach to clinical work, emphasizing the importance of understanding each patient’s own world and personal journey.
I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of Petrópolis, Brazil, where I developed a strong interest in clinical practice and in working with people of all ages, including children, adults, and older adults.
Moving to Belgium has given me a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological impacts of migration, including issues of identity, belonging, and cultural adaptation. This experience has become one of my main areas of clinical interest, particularly in supporting individuals navigating the challenges of living between different cultures.
My native language is Portuguese, I am fluent in English, and have an intermediate level of French.
I accompany patients with presence, empathy, and respect for their individual life stories, supporting them in their psychological development and the process of self-awareness.

Meu trabalho é centrado em auxiliar o paciente a compreender-se e conhecer-se melhor, promovendo a consciência de si e a compreensão dos seus processos internos. Acredito que a psicologia clínica se fundamenta na criação de um espaço seguro, acolhedor e livre de julgamentos, onde os pacientes possam se expressar livremente e se sentir verdadeiramente ouvidos enquanto exploram seus pensamentos, emoções e experiências pessoais.
Ao longo dos meus estudos, tornei-me gradualmente mais interessada em psicanálise, que valoriza o papel do inconsciente, dos processos simbólicos e da singularidade do desenvolvimento psicológico de cada pessoa. Esse interesse tem orientado minha abordagem clínica, enfatizando a importância de compreender o mundo próprio de cada paciente e sua trajetória pessoal.
Atualmente, estou concluindo o Mestrado em Psicologia Clínica e Psicopatologia na Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) e sou graduada em Psicologia pela Universidade Católica de Petrópolis, Brasil, onde desenvolvi um grande interesse pela prática clínica e pelo trabalho com pessoas de todas as idades, incluindo crianças, adultos e idosos.
Mudar para a Bélgica me proporcionou uma compreensão profunda dos impactos emocionais e psicológicos da migração, incluindo questões de identidade, pertencimento e adaptação cultural. Essa experiência tornou-se uma das minhas principais áreas de interesse clínico, especialmente no apoio a indivíduos que enfrentam os desafios de viver entre diferentes culturas.
Minha língua materna é o português, sou fluente em inglês e possuo nível intermediário de francês.
Acompanho os pacientes com presença, empatia e respeito por suas histórias individuais, apoiando-os durante todo o processo de consciência de si e desenvolvimento psicológico.
